Balloon people inhabit a city called Balloon Land. There are dogs and cats, trees, waffles, and machines made of balloons. Flat people come out of a machine, but a man blows them up into balloon people. A boy and a girl go into the forest to look for and defeat their greatest enemy, the pincushion man!
