Waldo Wigglesworth goes door to door trying to sell people useless things. Fillmore Bear comes along, and Wigglesworth takes him along to show him the ways of the world. He stumbles on the idea to create a show with a child movie star. He meets up with Hoppity and decides he will be Wigglesworth's star!
