Popeye sits in his easy chair minding his own business and trying to catch some shut-eye. But, his nephews all try to practice their instruments, occasionally breaking out into a jazzy tune. Popeye says he wants to head to bed, but they demand a bedtime story. Popeye tries to get the tykes to bed, but he has his work cut out for him!
