About Me

My name is israel merritt, which works out because that's the domain name I chose. I operate Epiphany Media and system for Mac OS X. Because 2008 I have been working with Agile Web Solutions on products like 1Password and Knox in addition to work in Ruby and Rails.

I am also New Testament scholar. I finished my Master’s of Theological Studies in May 2005 and another year of graduate work in 2006. I have created some original study papers which you can find for download here. My primary interests in New Testament studies include apocalyptic literature, Romans, Galatians, Gospel of John, and Acts. I've studied with such renowned scholars as M. Eugene Boring, David Balch, and Carolyn Osiek.
