Like W. Edwards Deming, Joseph Juran is a noted authority on the principle of excellent(see also our guidebook to Deming.) . In the 1920s he worked for Western Electrical and at a person level was the Excellent Manager at the huge Hawthorne will work in Chicago. He later on grew to become a good quality guide and revealed, in 1951, his High quality Handle Handbook. In 1979 he founded the Juran Institute, Inc.
