Victor Janulaitis is Chief Executive Officer of the IT Productivity Center (ITPC). In thiis capacity, Victor sets a Center's strategy and markets internal and external missions. She or he also serves as Chairman from the Center's Advisory Committee.

Just before taking on the control role at ITPC, Victor provided consulting expertise to major corporations everywhere including Bank of United states, Merrill Lynch, Boeing, Rockwell, Nestle, Coca-Cola, Sony, Nissan and many more from 1980 to 2000. He was heavily linked to supporting the planning and integration of several major acquisitions. He personally designed any Disaster Recovery Plan that Merrill Lynch needed implement after the side by side towers fell on 911.
