The X Element contestants partied the night in advance of auditions in the beautiful environment of a prime-notch hotel.

But drama was waiting for them the next day, as ahead of the X Issue Judges arrived they had come to a conclusion of who would be heading residence, as the night before they went again by means of the auditions with contemporary ears. The contestants at the hotel had been bewildered as to why they had been split into 4 groups. The Judges Tulisa Contostavlos, Gary Barlow, Kelly Rowland and Louis Walsh introduced to the nervous crowd that two groups would stay and two would go.
