Virginia Ramirez started her journey into the food environment as a reporter covering the meals way of life of Puerto Rico in the local newspaper. She quickly branched out to creating weblogs that not only highlighted the clean and conventional foods of Puerto Rico but also served as an insight into the culture of her country.

Her latest mission is to share the joys of her country's food by spreading it to those that may possibly not have the chance to taste it in its genuine form. She is currently a culinary instructor in St. Louis, Missouri in which she teaches students how to get ready her country's standard food. These students have the chance to additional their careers at her restaurant in the area.
