Hi guys,

I am a Web Developer. I have worked as a Waiter in various restaurants around Cape Town and have always had a passion for the hospitality industry.

Due to the fact that the South African hospitality industry is not very organized and monitored, restaurant employees tend to be taken advantage of and mistreated both financially and psychology.

With this in mind I have started this forum where people in the industry can ask questions relating to jobs and the hospitality industry in general.
