About Me

Khrushchev wanted Russia to catch up with the USA in gardening production. He appointed one named Trofim Lysenko as advisor and several schemes were launched. But them all failed including his famous make an attempt to plant corn in Siberia. But food production fell as well as the Russians had less and less to take.
